To start, prepare the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs in 3 different soup plates. Dip the chicken cutlets in the flour, then dip them in the eggs and breadcrumbs.
Then fry the breaded cutlets in a frying pan with olive oil. Leave them to brown over a low heat for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, spread the sauce of your choice on a galette waffle, then add a lettuce leaf, one or two slices of tomato and finish with a breaded escalope.
Close the burgers with another galette waffle and enjoy immediately!
