1 Brussels Waffle
2 slices of smoked salmon
A few leaves of lettuce or mesclun salad
A squeeze of lemon juice

For 1 person
Reheat the waffle in the oven, toaster or waffle iron.
Cut the slices of smoked salmon in rectangles and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Wash and chop the fresh dill.
Place the waffle on a plate and garnish it with white cheese, slices of salmon and dill.
Accompany the waffle with a few leaves of salad.
