Breaded chicken waffle burgers



  • 4 Jacquet Galette waffles
  • 2 chicken cutlets
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bowl of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • Sauce
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil


  • 15 Min.
  • For 2 persons


  1. To start, prepare the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs in 3 different soup plates. Dip the chicken cutlets in the flour, then dip them in the eggs and breadcrumbs.
  2. Then fry the breaded cutlets in a frying pan with olive oil. Leave them to brown over a low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, spread the sauce of your choice on a galette waffle, then add a lettuce leaf, one or two slices of tomato and finish with a breaded escalope.
  4. Close the burgers with another galette waffle and enjoy immediately!
  5. Tip: Serve these burgers with sweet potato fries!

Nordic Waffle



  • 1 Brussels Waffle Milcamps
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 cucumber
  • Some radishes
  • White cheese
  • Fresh chives
  • A squeeze of lemon juice


  • +/- 10 Min.
  • For 1 person


  1. Reheat the waffle in the oven, toaster or waffle iron.
  2. Cut the slices of smoked salmon in rectangles and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Wash the chives, cucumber and radishes. Thinly slice the chives and cut the cucumber and radishes into thin slices.
  4. Place the waffle on a plate and garnish with fresh cheese and salmon. Then add the cucumber and radish slices and the chives.
  5. Enjoy immediately with a salad !
